Cancellation Policy

Orders may be canceled for refund before April 1st. Cancellations are subject to a $5.00 cancellation fee.

Our Guarantee

We guarantee that tubers will be healthy and viable upon receipt of your package. Once your tubers arrive, open the box immediately and inspect tubers. If the tubers appear to be damaged upon receipt, please contact us within 5 business days and we will replace your tuber in kind if possible, or with a different variety of your choice.  Do not throw away your tuber before contacting us, as we may require a photograph.

We cannot guarantee the tuber’s success in your garden, as there are many environmental and horticultural factors particular to your garden and care they receive that ultimately determine the success of the dahlia.  The main cause of tuber failure is improper planting and care. Please refer to our planting and care instructions for recommendations. Occasionally there will be a dud tuber that will not grow. If you feel you have received a dud, please contact us by August 1st and we will work to find a solution. Do not throw away the tuber before you contact us.

We do not offer cash refunds.

Shipping

Tuber orders are shipped via USPS. Orders are shipped between April 1st and May 31st, in accordance with the earliest outside planting date for the region.  Requests for early shipment can be accommodated, but we cannot guarantee the tuber’s success in this situation.
